When he does this he is talking about advantages for the programs NOT the fans.

The LSU team and coaches know how good their QB can be and what the offense will do. they better at this point.

He was also saying it is an advantage that the LSU coaches and beefed up support staff have two seasons of Richt's offense at Miami to study. They also have a whole season of Richt's offense with the same QB that will play against LSU Sunday. Miami has neither advantage.

Miami doesn't know anymore about LSU's offense than the fans that question the Miami vs LSU advantage in knowing what the other team will do.
