Why? It's true. My average on my dash is 14.9. I've hand calculated it several times. My truck never goes on Long distances or that would be better (we take our explorer). I also sit ideal during lunch and it makes the number go down. However, when traveling 60mph I get around 20.

Because stock Tundras don't do that. You probably added larger tires and possibly changed the gearing and then didn't adjust you speedo and odometer to match the new stuff.

I will be you literally anything you want you don't get over 20 for any sustained period of time.

20-21 mpg highway might be possible in a 4.6L, with no traffic, cruise set at 60mph, going downhill the entire time.
