NOW,
that being said I think we need to make sweeping and fundamental changes to the welfare state, Start by rewarding parents that stay together and offer stability to the kids.
Maybe we could start to wean subsequent generations from the teet

I wouldn't want children to begin with, so I would rather they all be put in internment camps in order to learn their place.

I agree, but funding "education" ala present curriculum and discipline standards is a waste. What we have now is little more than leftist indoctrination imo.

Government has and will never be good parents for children. You want better educated children you need more involved parents. Go to a high school open house and see how many parents show up to the ap class as opposed to the regular class. Preschool children don’t need more class time, they need parents.
