Even if your metabolism is slow you should still be losing weight if you’re really eating around 1500 calories.

I don’t know your whole situation but the whole “my slow metabolism” seems to be the excuse for a lot of overweight people when in truth very, very few people actually have super low metabolisms.

Again I don’t know your specifics so I’m not saying that excuse applies to you, just saying it’s a common excuse.

That's what I said I was what I was eating when I did lose weight.

Now I probably eat around 2000 a day.

A lot of people underestimate the calories they consume in sugary drinks and alcohol. Might be it.
