I think he's trying to say that these people are educated and have actual skills unlike most of the 3rd world refugees that the left wants to import by the millions. These refugees would be a net plus.

I don't like taking refugees in because the only reason they're coming is because they're running from something, not because they wanted to be part of the American experience.
My family farmed, now just leases. Farmers are generally decent people, but farming isn't some transferable skill to other industries. Maybe they could come in and work for a corporate farm? But do they know how to farm in the US?

I wonder if you could corroborate any of this. It wouldn't surprise me if they are educated to some standard but the way this was worded sounds like it was pulled out of your arse.
