What’s the going rate per board-foot and where would I list it?

Your best bet would be to call around to lumber yards that deal in hardwoods that are cabinet and furniture quality to get an idea about the price. In New Orleans, that would be Riverside Lumber out in N.O. East or maybe Gueydan Lumber off Airline Highway at Central Avenue. Last time I dealt with them they had nice hardwoods in stock.
That said, it would depend on how it should be graded. Is it clear lumber or does it have a few knots and blemishes? Is it S4S meaning dressed on all four sides or is it partially dressed or even rough sawn? All these factors go into pricing. And know you are not likely to get lumber yard prices for it since they have overhead to deal with----and a potential buyer knows that.
You could list it on Craig's List or some other Buy/Sell/Swap thing.

FB Martketplace is a good place. The guy I buy my hardwoods from sell it for around $3 BDFT rough cut. Unfortunately he is retiring so I have found someone else through FB and I see he has cherry for that price as well.
