I don't know if it would take three full seasons if they immediately started construction in the offseason, but if you want to rebuild the Dome on the same spot (which is the only location it should be), then you absolutely go play in another stadium for 2-3 seasons.

Tiger Stadium is the logical choice given size and proximity, but if scheduling didn't allow for that, the Saints could also do a road tour of sorts: play half the games in TS and a few elsewhere in the state/region - there are lots of Saints fans in Mississippi and stadiums with 60K+ capacity in Oxford and Starkville. Cajun Field in Laffy holds over 40K and Independence Stadium in Shreveport holds nearly 50K.

Could be a chance for Saints fans who don't venture down to NOLA very often (or ever) to check out the Black & Gold in person...but hopefully that's a long way off.
