I don't hunt food plots for bow season or anytime really unless I'm hunting a shooting house with my daughter...food plots for us are just a supplemental feeding not a place to really hunt...we hunt the woods and cut overs unless taking a kid to hunt a box stand...and even so, we have a bunch of double ladders set out in the woods to put our kids on better deer.
