Nope. It was on. The idiot nurses acknowledged it was malfunctioning but had no idea how to fix.
On one of our "stays", my wife was struggling to breath with the oxygen mask on..three nurses were trying to figure what the problem was. A Doctor walks in and says if you plug the oxygen tube into the wall where is says "oxygen", it probably will work better!

Watched a nurse route the IV tubing BACKWARDS through an IV pump (never mind all the red arrows) and turn it on at which point it started pulling blood out of the patient and into the IV bag. Chick was half a notch above a functional imbecile.
