It's the cab mount bushings, I have the same issue on my F250.

Makes sense because that’s where it feels like it’s coming from and all the leaf springs/shock bushings are tight. As are the exhaust ones I checked all of those earlier

Do not buy aftermarket cab mount bushings. They don’t fit properly.
