To the other guy's credit, Snit does this in every game (except for a rare occurance) and then we find ourselves in a situation where we can't use certain relievers because they pitched the day before.
In this particular case, it was smart to pull him for the offense, however more often than not he pulls the guy for the hell of it.

It’s time and time again on here and twitter. People expect him to be Mr. make every right decision.
If Snit had left Touki in for the 7th and gets peppered, y’all kill him and then Touki leaves on a sour note. 162 games he’s going to make some bad decisions.
