In the first XMen movie where Wolverine and Rogue are in the subway car, Jackman had no idea that the car was going to be ripped open. His "wtf!?!" expression is legit.

At the end of filming this scene in Out of Africa (which was longer and filmed in one take), Meryl Streep started screaming and ripping her clothes off. Apparently a huge African Dung Beetle had made it's way into the inside of her dress and was moving around, I believe she started feeling it when she was getting off the wagon but powered through. The scene is first link, the dung beetle the second.
