Why bother have a policy?
I can fail a test in January and, if I’m not an idiot between then and April it disappears? Even still, I can be a complete loser four times before there’s any consequences?
Just eliminate the test and now you don’t have to worry about tampering.

Agreed. Especially for something more and more states are legalizing all the time. the NCAA needs to rethink the whole thing.
