I wish I’d had a whitty comeback (I’m Jewish), but I was just too shocked to say anything. When I walked out of the interview and got to my car, my first thoughts were “Did that just happen...?”

The best part of that exchange in the interview was the other partner in the interview turned to him and said in her kindly old lady voice “Oh, you shouldn’t say stuff like that, they’ll put you on a list.”
