I could see these being successful in Mandeville and Covington, but can’t picture the Amite location doing well.

Successful for corporate yes. But you and I probably not, as we would have to pay for our products. I can tell you the one in Covington is dead 24/7. Panera is right across the street, and eats their lunch all day everyday.

Agreed, that's like putting a Ruth's Chris in Bangladesh.

Salad Station is OK, but it is easy to end up with a $12 salad, it's hard to practice restraint, "hey, it's salad, I can have all I want".
