Maybe they denied appeal is a way to keep in force the rule without having the NCAA admit any wrongdoing with its collection policy and they are allowing the Fulton camp to apply for a waiver, which will be approved. Maybe it's kinda a way of the NCAA not admitting it screwed up but still allowing it to reverse its decision. Still holding out hope, so, Who knows?

Even if the test was for the 5 panel drugs dude should’ve just pissed in the cup.

Well...the NCAA was going to let Fulton play, but then they heard about Tyler Taylor and said screw LSU and athletes that think they can get away stuff! Sucks for us but an ounce of prevention is always worth a pound of cure. JUST SAY NO, kids! Don't freaking do it!

The NCAA doesn’t give a frick about kids. This really is a joke. Fulton has paid a high price. To sho zero leniency is really absurd. It’s time for the NCAA to go away.
