If it's working that way, why are people now saying that the University is paying for the scholarships?
Since the eligible students won’t graduate for a few years, then the details of the spending are not available. Between that and Lebron pledging $41 million, it’s foolish to assume that guarantee is equivalent to spending.

If LeBron only pledged 41 million to my school when I expected 160 million I'd be furious
