Since the eligible students won’t graduate for a few years, then the details of the spending are not available. Between that and Lebron pledging $41 million, it’s foolish to assume that guarantee is equivalent to spending.

Because 41 million doesnt cover full rides for every kid who graduates from a high school in perpetuity.
