Again, this was not the middle of the night. The boat was empty and a helicopter was in the air two hours before it got dark.

How has the police not released the victim's story yet? Seems like if it was all truly an accident, they would have. Them holding the story leads me to believe there was some foul play or they are waiting on an autopsy possibly.
