The only thing I see him being charged with is DUI. But only if he admits to operating the boat while drunk

It's purely speculation at this point that they were drunk when they entered the water. She posted a snapchat from the boat Sunday morning. The coast guard received the report about the boat at 5:45pm Sunday, so they entered the water sometime during the day Sunday.
