That's what hearsay is. it is 3rd parties discussing what someone else said. That's inadmissible evidence in court. It is admissible for the media to go crazy about though.
If they have urban's phone and texts discussing it, that's direct evidence
I would say the women talking about urban hearing the news is solid evidence here
IMHO, you were making it sound like there was nothing in the texts speaking about Urban, which would be nothing but us assuming his wife told him
There are actual texts though speaking about Urban knowing

I tried to make it clear I was just saying all these texts are hearsay. I think I said Meyer knew from the first one.
I was making it clear that McMurphy "knowing" Meyer knew is nowhere in sight. It's circumstantial, which as you and I said, the media will run with all over Urban's arse (and probably should)
