Trump can’t Fire Article III judges, and he doesn’t even appoint FISA Court judges. John Roberts does that.

Obama added several FISA Court Judges who are a Senior Status US District Judges. My theory is that he stacked the FISA Court with liberal partisan hacks who would willfully comply with his agenda.

Yea, that’s all wrong. John Roberts appoints all members of the FISA court. Obama didn’t appoint a single person.

There is a reason every Chief Justice since Earl Warren has spent the bulk of his political or judicial career in and around Washington. They serve as keepers and protectors of Washington's political orthodoxies. Nobody will be appointed to the FISA Court who actually values privacy and liberty.

Fired? They should be hung from their necks until dead, in a town square and on live tv. They remind me of the 2 guys from 'A Few Good Men'. Sure they did what was ordered of them, blindly no less, and instead should have been looking out for and protecting the weak. Im very on the fence about this because i do see its merits but its abuse far outweigh the merits
