in Arkansas, you have to be a non profit organization to purchase one such as a volunteer fire department and such. We bought one a few years ago to use as a brush rig, it only had 2100 miles on it. They check regularly to make sure you arent using it for pleasure.

Why? If they are demilitarized then they’re no different than some of the trucks you’ll find on the roads right now.
