yeah i don't know anything about him tbh. i think i've only seen a handful of Everton games this season.
seems high tho for his production at first glance. at the beginning of this season when i was melting about not signing any new players, i remember reading/hearing an opinion that made a lot of sense. that person basically stated that for tottenham to get significantly better at the positions on the field than what they already have they would have to start looking in the 60-100m plus range. therefore they were basically saying that since the club doesn't do that, not signing new guys just for the sake of signing new guys made sense to that person, and he could understand whiy pochettino/levy hadn't.
so that's a long way of saying that, without knowing much about gomez, he seems a lot like a guy that you sign just for the sake of signing someone, rather than a game changer at the position. then again, the end of this season has proven depth is an issue...but 30m for a squad player seems high for a club like tottenham.

He a pretty good player On fifa 2016. They have him slotted as more of an attacking mid.

We teetered on the edge this season though, especially late. People know it, and we will likely have to overpay for some depth.

I haven’t watched too much of Everton either but from what I’ve seen he’s got fairly quick feet and a good touch. Not a true defensive mid and not attacking either, more like another Winksy. Did well when Everton were pressing well but have also seen him disappear in games. I think he would be a good signing with how well Poch can develop players and boost their confidence.
With that said, if we don’t sign him then he sucks and I hate him.
