I'm still recovering from this weekend, but damn, that was one fun festival. Forecast called for rain all day, every day. Luckily it only rained on Sunday morning. Sunday was a giant mud pit but fun nonetheless. Highlights of the weekend were SCI, P Groove., Everyone Orchestra, JRAD, (Joe nearly broke his set, they rocked the stage ), The Motet, Leftover Salmon, Railroad Earth, and Boombox.

The River Stage (Relix Stage) was pretty damn cool. Cheese covered Cake's "Long Skirt and a Long Jacket" which I thought sounded good. I got to hear JRAD play a couple of my all time favorites. They opened with Rubin and Cherise and a 20 minute Throwing Stones. They ended their set with Not Fade Away. The whole festival was singing Not Fade Away and they silently got up and walked off stage to end it.

All in all, it was a solid festival. There weren't too many people out there at all. The heat was almost unbearable but I never saw anyone pass out. The drinks were overpriced, but that is to be expected at a music festival. I'd definitely go again.

I was there all weekend... some great music. All the late shows on the Relix stage were great. That's a good place to see a show. Boombox surprised me. I had so much fun during that set. Friday Cheese was smoking. The weather was as good as you can ask for. Great weekend.
