Woah, baw! Don't get your panties all in a wad. I didn't say South LA was any better. It was simply a comment after looking over two different Facebooks of people involved with the story at hand.
For the dismemberment folks, well they should all be executed along with the woman in the burning case. All 9 of them are complete drains on taxpayers and human civilization as a whole. After looking at the pictures of the 8 in South LA, I would imagine they have a collective IQ under 8.
