I stayed there a couple of months ago and thought it was nice. There is a nice sports bar in the bottom of the hotel. Other than that, it's kind of in a corner of downtown near the convention center with not much else around.

Bump. Staying here this weekend and wife is looking to do something outdoors. She found White Rock Lake Park but wanted to see if there were any other suggestions. Will probably do Deep Ellum and/or Trinity Grove for nightlife but need something to do during the day. TIA.
