Is your swing slowing down?
Started exercising and your swing speeding up?
Slow down your backswing.
Focus on ball contact and swing plane.

Mid 20s and I believe my swing speed has sped up some since I last had it checked at about 102 mph.
I have a regular flex 45.5 inch shaft.
