It really is. If the people are Russian agents, then we're never going to lay our hands on them.......Russia has already insulated them individually from anything we can do from our end........and, frankly, sanctions are sort of LOL given that the moment you go down that road, then you're in open sanction war since we ALL do it!

So just to be clear, you don't think we should have indicted the Chinese or Iranian hackers that were recently announced? Because it's ineffective. Just, do nothing instead.
