My shin splints still haven’t got much better :(

Any tips to help speeden the process? I’m using ice and foam rolling too

Stretch those calves...like multiple times per day.

Freeze a bottle of water and rub your shins with it multiple times a day. Also if your shoes are old or have 350+ miles on them, try a new pair. Get on a bike or some other form of cardio for a week to limit impact. I suppose you could keep running, but it’s probably going to take a while to get over if you continue to run. That’s my $.02
