Yep, did the same in Sedona.
Brutal arse 5K based speed workout this am that I pulled from LR.com
10:00 WU
3 X 600m @ 3K pace (6:00)/300m jog
3 X 1000m @ 5K pace (6:15)/400m jog
3 X 400m @ mile pace (5:50)/200m jog
10:00 CD
All this on an empty stomach, burping up Ruth’s Chris and Scotch from last night. Yeeeeeah.

Hal Higdon Novice I Half Marathon
Week 2, Day 2
2.0 miles in 16:26 (pace was 18:18)
Felt good today. I feel as if I am getting my pace down. Going to relax tonight and go get another 3.0 tomorrow and my second 4.0 mi run on Saturday.
