I agree. No weather complaints today. Got in a mid day 5 with miles 2&4 at 5K pace (6:32, 6:33) and 1,3,5 easy.

Wanted to see how I would handle the miles at pace, although I'll need to be a bit quicker to break 20. Didn't feel too bad, but won't be easy obviously. I'm not totally sure how realistic 20 is, but we'll see.

Felt slightly sick the last couple days so skipped run today

Probably could have fought through a run but I haven’t had a day off in 2 months so figured my body could use it
