How was the weather for running? I was a little depressed I couldn't run yesterday, but then was happy when the forecast said it'd be frigid. Then I got up an moving out of the house around 9:30 and it felt like it would have been a great day for a run. Granted might have felt different around 6 a.m..

2 miles Saturday and 3 miles yesterday after a 5 week hiatus. I'm sore . I think it's mostly because my cardio is still there (swimming and biking), but the legs weren't ready to run at my tempo pace. Felt super easy while running, sore the next day.

It was frigid at the start but turned into perfect weather. I ran the first 3 miles in pajama bottoms. But as soon as the sun came up and started hitting you, it felt great.
