Got an easy 5 miles in this morning with my wife and her friend. Wife is still recovering from a hysterectomy in September. Still getting her up to speed. We took a walk break at mile 3, left the clock running, and still averaged a sub 12:00 pace for the total run which is great for her.

Good job, Scooby. Damn good weather today.
Got in 4 easy, had trouble keeping it easy, kept speeding up and hitting my next zone. Slipped on the Zoom Fly for another mile to test them out. Definitely different. Will take some getting used to. Felt better at 7:00 pace than 7:45. Not sure if these are feasible for me at HM pace. Definitely suited for 10K and under for me from what I can tell so far. Gonna wear them for a few workouts this week also.
