Stepped on a shitty piece of pavement with 2 miles to go on my 8 mile run this morning
entered my first track meet in 5 years
running the 10k at a local meet on april 5th.

Try running Lakeview streets at 5am. It’s a miracle I haven’t rolled an ankle yet.
