yesterdays workout was a beaut

10 miles

1 mile warmup
Goal was to do a 8 mile pure progression but i screwed that up a bit
1 mile cool down
all continuous

6:42
6:03
5:56
5:47
5:37
6:02
5:59
5:51
5:35
6:56

got a bit eager too early and screwed up the progression but i guess it worked out to be a two phase progression

5:51 average for the workout portion (46:50 8 mile)
6:03 average for the total ten (1:00:32)

Was really just hopeful to have the last 4 under 6 so having 6 miles total under 6 and not feeling awful after was nice.

you're within what, ~3% of your time progressions so it's not like you're too far off. If you feel good, get it while you can.
