I’ll be out there. Signed up with the LA Running Co team and have several friends running. Not sure I’ll be able to hang long after between kids and work though.

This weekend I took a break from "speed running" and went to a Spartan Trifecta Weekend in Atlanta.
25.37 miles, 7,231ft of elevation gain, and 50 Obstacles completed.
Got to run the Sprint with my wife, my 5 year old son ran the Kid's Spartan Race, got my trifecta medallion and this picture:
