this is one of my major goals with getting back into it. Plan on running my first full in December in Little Rock to get a qualifying mark for NY and then start knocking out majors from there.

glad to see someone aiming for a NY qualifying time. if you get that you got boston as well. NY times are 12 minutes faster than boston. NY is a super fun race.

total bummer. know you had been working hard. are you still going to run eugene? thats at the end of the month?
18 week marathon plan is way too long. benefit of maintaining base solid base you only need 10-12 weeks to fine tune.
