Some of you people are just sad. You focus on the few recruiting losses and not the wins. Alabama has TEN Louisiana guys on their team! Oh nooooo!
Of those 10, only 6 or 7 matter at all. The top 2 being very good.
1. DL I Buggs - Stud. But our guys aren't bad either.
2. WR D Smith - Looks good, but we have like 20 WRs.
3. LB D Moses - Hurt from the optics standpoint but he peaked in 9th grade!
4. DB S Carter - He could help, but he's no world beater.
5. LB C Allen - Bet he ends up better than Moses.
6. DL P Mathis - Could be good, but our guys could too.
7. DB S Bolden - DB? I thought he was a RB. No, a WR? Whatever.
8. TE I Smith - Not a loss.
9. WR B Musson - Who???
10. PK J Bulovas - Who???
They have players from these states:
AL: 33
TX: 12
LA: 10
GA: 9
FL: 7
CA: 5
MS: 4
SC: 3
TN: 3
KY: 2
MD: 2
MO: 1
HI: 1
OK: 1
VA: 1
OH: 1
IA: 1
DC: 1
The state of Alabama has less talent than Louisiana. So Bama goes looking elsewhere and they get a few from LA. Big deal. LSU gets most of the elite players from LSU, but some will leave. Can't get them all, but some of you will just focus on those few, and not the rest. Sad.

Well idiot, most of those 10 would have gone to LSU instead of the gumps, it's a double edged sword, not only does LSU not get these guys, they're lining up against us for 3/4 years as well.
It's a problem LSU will have as long as Saban is at Bama.

Just the top 3 you listed would make a huge difference...
Imagine a defensive line with Buggs, Lawrence, Alexander, Logan.
A WR group with Smith, Giles, Anderson, Davis.
A LB group with White, Moses, Chaisson, Phillips.

Bama 6th
Bama is actually sixth in NFL talent behind Florida, Cali, Texas, Ga and Ohio.
They are second in per capita, La. is first.
The notion that Alabama doesn't have talent is false.
