Zachary is a good, small department in a suburban city with very low crime rates.
Experience is tough to come by quickly in these small agencies. But morality should always be present.
Need more details to form my opinion. I hope the officer isn’t going to be rail roaded. His old man was a good career cop. Taught me a lot when I first got into the business.
