I track all grocery purchases and eating out. Average is $1000 per month for groceries and $1200 per month for eating out.

Let me break this down for you - if you're a couple, eating just 2 meals per day, it is costing you $18.25 per meal, per person. If you're eating 3 meals per day, it's a somewhat more reasonable $12.16 per meal.
I think if you found the right business with the right attitude, you could actually have catering for the 2 of you - you wouldn't need a kitchen, pots, pans, go to the grocery store, ever eat out - just have a professional catering contract.
