If everything were a statement to the media they would twist his words like they do at his rallies. They omit half of shite to make it sound like something it's not. Twitter is the best way for him to speak without the media putting their bullshite spin on it and it also forces them to report it.

Twitter is also his bait for luring the fakers out into the open. He casts a bait out, waits for a nibble, or a major bite, sets the hook and reels them in, day after day, after day, after day.
