The fundamentals are the exact same, your stance on drugs (if I understand your post correctly) was if we allow some of something, then we should allow all of something.

It doesn't work, IMO, with drugs, immigration, or anything. There has to be a line somewhere between "allow none of it," and "allow all of it."

It’s almost like different issues need to be looked at differently. There’s no one size fits all solution.

This comparison is stupid.

My post was referring to the absurdity of saying more addictive drugs need to be controlled since tobacco and alcohol are extremely highly addictive and are in nearly every store in every city.
