We've already got a herion epidemic in some parts of the country. What the frick you think will happen if it's legalized?

Not much. If you're not using Heroine now, I doubt you would do it if its legal. Legal stuff would be cheaper, less criminal activity would surround it.

I'm not ready to see high school kids shooting up heroin. Are you?

There's nothing stopping them right now.

i have never done heroin but I have heard if you have never done it, and then shoot it up, it is intensely unpleasant.

Because gambling in Nevada and Atlantic City doesn't have a problem with the mafia, right? Just because you legalize something doesn't make crime go away. This is one of the silliest arguments people can make.

One of the mafias big money makers is selling counterfeit tax stamps for alcohol.

And, to think everybody is shooting heroin that wants to do it already is wrong, too. There may be people, (Impressionable kids, particularly) that refuse to experiment with heroine for fear of getting arrested. Professionals fear for licenses, etc. Legalize it and people will try it to see what it is like, and you will see more addiction.

I am not going to get into a lengthy argument or discussion, but I just wanted to leave that here. You guys need to think really hard before legalizing something like that. It's almost impossible to put that genie back into the bottle.

If you don't have kids think if you want to risk your kids getting hooked. Or grandkids.
