It's a Range Rover. They're giant pieces of shite that people pay $80k+ for in hopes of making it to 100,000 miles. Of course the dealership is going to gouge the frick out of prices. Sorry your friend bought the leftover trash heap of a doctor/dentist.

My 2014 Range Rover Sport just turned over 82K miles. It pushes around 650hp and gets about 20mpg on the highway. The only problem I've had out of it, is the sensor that tells me a car is approaching in my blind spot on the driver's side. It was replaced under warranty. It is, by far, the best made automobile I have ever owned, and I've had my fair share of luxury cars. BTW, my F150 has seen the shop more times than I care to recall, and my running joke with my mechanic is, he will never be broke as long as I own a Nissan Xterra.
