Ok.
I won't really be upset by that. First, she'd be done by the time the cops arrived and second, I find it hard to believe I'd get arrested for that action. Even if I did, oh well.
What's funny is that I had this exact same conversation with a peer who is extremely liberal but has four daughters. He admitted that he'd do the exact same thing. He said "my political views end where the safety of my kids is concerned."

We're talking years down the road, remember...when you actually have a daughter that age? You seriously can't foresee a scenario where in many states laws could evolve to that point, given how they have already evolved?
Last year a boy with a mustache won the 200M in the CT HS girls state meet.
This year the same boy won and another finished 2nd.

I think all of us feel the same way.
My point is simply that now, this moment in history, is when the battle is being fought. I don't know how old you are, whether you have kids, or what ages they might be.
All I'm saying is that if you want to wait 10 years, for example, when you might finally have an 8 year old girl, to start caring about this issue, it may be too late.
