Yep. I'm hearing it's down around $20 in the Permian. In the past, the number thrown around for deep water gulf projects was $75, but supposedly is closer to $60 now

SDV, I think you have to have a special blend for Cali, seriously. And you are the only state, so its like buying a designer suit versus one off the rack. For a refinery to be able to process it, and I believe they had to change specs specifically to run that blend, its expensive. Plus your taxes, I believe Pennsylvania is the only state with higher tax since your last increase.
