Exactly. I want big recruiting classes but if he cannot win on the field he may as well have stayed DL coach and recruiting coordinator.
Remember, the cupboard was not bare. There was talent on this team the day he took it over. He needs to win and win now or go home.

While I agree he needs to win on the field...you act like he has been a failure. In one year he was 6-2 in the sec with one of the losses to the NC on the road. Room for improvement? Sure. A dismal failure? No.
Getting great players is only a good thing. You pussies that don't like O need to at least acknowledge that fact...but you guys just can't do it.
