re: Boating--Slow down when passing someone fishing or keep going?

This always stirs a debate with me and some friends. I slow down for everyone within about 50yds. The way I look at it, I’m not fishing tournaments or trying to go 100mph everywhere, I’m out there to be on the water, which is my paradise, relaxing with friends and family, and catching a few fish. So, if I have to slow down it’s no big deal to me. A few friends however, never slow down for anyone.
