We have a culture problem when it comes to our eating habits. My grandpa use to say "I don't eat because I am hungry, I eat to keep from getting hungry". If you look at it that way, when you eat, you are not going to eat as much.
Also, we are taught to finish our plate and that's exactly what most people do. If you are full then don't continue eating.
And people are not eating the right types of food. If anything, increase the amount of veggies you eat and try to cut back on eating food with a lot of preservatives.
There are so many workout programs, weight loss programs, etc that you have to pay for that all promises you an easy way to lose weight or get healthy, but it shouldn't be that complex. Burn off the calories.
